Come celebrate with us at the Rocky Point Carnival. Festivities for the Carnival Puerto Peñasco, 2010 begin Thursday the 11th, at 6:00 with the "Burning of Bad Carma". Shortly after, the Parade starts at the Baseball Stadium and ends in Old Port (Malecon) at the Plaza de Gobernadores. SATURDAY 13, SUNDAY 14, AND TUESDAY 16 ARE "PARADE DAYS", where colorful floats from local organizations and businesses participate in the FUN of the Carnival. The parade route will be starting at the Baseball Stadium to the Explanada, which is next to the HOTEL PEÑASCO PLAZA DEL SOL, at the end of Calle 13. **TOWN THEATER; Shows, Bands, and Local Entertainment are scheduled to perform, and are sure to be crowd pleasers. Musical groups, such as Original Banda Limon, Duelo de Reinas (Estrella, Arantza, & Ericka from TV AZTECA), Juan Jose Navarro & Mariachi Show are just a few of the events that you don't want to miss. Other Bands like Laberinto, Ninel Conde, Banda Recoditos, Banda del Sol or Tres Rios (Very Popular and Famous Music Groups) are yet to confirm, but we are hopeful that they'll attend. Other events include Horse Races, Mechanical Rides and Games, Food, Fun, and a Masquerade Ball "SCHARAMOUCH", the 16th of February at the Gran Salon of the Hotel Peñasco del Sol.
